Disney Park Vibes
Figuring out what to wear to Magic Kingdom can feel surprisingly stressful. You want to look cute for castle photos, stay comfortable for 10+ miles of walking and survive the Florida heat (and surprise rain). The good news? You can do all three!
Whether you're a first time visitor, a Disney mom juggling kids and snacks or someone who just wants to feel confident and comfy all day, here are some great suggestions to decrease the stress and increase the vibes!
The wrong bottoms can mean chafing, overheating or nonstop adjusting and ain't nobody got time for that! Skip denim unless they're very soft and stretchy. Humidity and jeans don't mix!
If there's one thing you don't compromise on, it's shoes! Be sure to get cushioned cloudfoam or memory foam shoes and definitely break them in before the trip. Hot Tip: bring blister patches in your bag just in case.
Seems obvious but the Florida sun is no joke and the glare can be harsh. Sunglasses, especially polarized lenses, reduce glare and decrease eye strain and fatigue.
Even in summer, layers matter. A lightweight zip up hoodie or sweatshirt that you can tie around your waist when you get warm or to cover wet bottoms after some drenching rides is vital. Not to mention that air conditioning in rides and restaurants can be chilly
Accessories can make or break your Magic Kingdom day. Don't forget the ears!
Graphic tees and tanks are a great way to personalize your trip. Amazon has a ton of options for each park and style you choose!
